Google API Services Disclosure
CinematicAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. YouTube API Services Integration
CinematicAI utilizes YouTube API Services to allow users to automatically upload videos to their connected YouTube channels directly from our platform. By authenticating your YouTube account with CinematicAI, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We strongly recommend that you review the Google Privacy Policy to understand how Google collects and processes your data.
2. What Information We Collect
When you authenticate your Google/YouTube account via our OAuth flow, we collect the following information:
- OAuth Access & Refresh Tokens: To securely authenticate and upload videos on your behalf.
- Channel Information: Your channel name and profile image to display within the CinematicAI dashboard.
- Email Address: For account identification and vital communications.
3. How We Use Google User Data
The data we access via the YouTube API Services is strictly used for the core functionality of CinematicAI. Specifically, we use your authentication tokens to:
- Upload the AI-generated video files (`.mp4`) to your channel.
- Apply the generated Title, Description, and Tags to the uploaded video.
- Set the video's visibility status (e.g., Public, Private, or Draft) based on your Autopilot settings.
We do not use your Google user data for advertising purposes, nor do we sell or share this data with any third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption within our secure database. We do not store your Google account password. The application will only retain the data for as long as your CinematicAI account is active.
5. Revoking Access to Your Data
You have full control over your data. In addition to deleting your CinematicAI account or disconnecting your channel from our dashboard, you can revoke CinematicAI's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
6. Third-Party AI Services
While we do not share your Google data, the processing of video scripts and voiceovers involves transmitting user-generated prompts to third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs). This transmission does not include your personal identifiable information or Google/YouTube authentication data.
